ABO Scenario-based Clinical Exam Prep Course
The College of Diplomates Prep Course is designed to assist participants in preparing for the American Board of Orthodontics Scenario-based Clinical Examination to achieve board certification. The course includes tips on how to prepare and maximize your effectiveness during the ABO Virtual Clinical Examination. Attendees will be invited after the course to join the College Prep Course Facebook Study Group for continued dialogue and sample case practice.
Learning objectives are as follows:

Dr. Paul Sproul
Dr. Paul as he is affectionally known has always been an "All In" type of guy. He received a Master of Science degree and Certificate in Orthodontics, he also won the prestigious Shepard Award. This award was given to Dr. Paul for scoring the highest score in the nation on the written portion of the American Board of orthodontics exam. Professionally, Dr. Sproul has served all offices including President of the Huntsville/Madison County Dental Society. In 2015-2016, Dr. Paul served as President of the Alabama Association of Orthodontists. Because of the increasing role that government plays in health care decisions, Dr. Paul is the current State-Captain for the AAO-PAC to ensure that the voices of both orthodontists and their patients are heard by our political leaders. He enjoys teaching other orthodontists about the process of board certification and the standards of excellent orthodontic treatment. He serves as the Constituent Affairs
Chair for the Southern region of the U.S. for the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Orthodontics and lectures yearly to those pursuing board certification. Dr Paul reviews the completed cases of the graduating residents of the Vanderbilt University Dept of Orthodontics, and enjoys interacting with the next generation of orthodontists.

Dr. Matthew Ng
Dr. Ng completed his undergraduate (BSc) and dental education (DMD) at the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Canada. He went on to pursue his orthodontic education (MSD) at Saint Louis University in St. Louis, MO. Dr. Ng is a Board-Certified orthodontist in both the USA and Canada as a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists in Canada. Dr. Ng is an active member in the profession as a Past President of the British Columbia Dental Specialists Society and currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Texas Association of Orthodontists and Southwestern Society of Orthodontists. Dr. Ng maintains his private practice in Katy, Texas.

Dr. Nipul K. Tanna
Dr. Nipul Tanna has dual specialty training in Orthodontics and Periodontics. After completing his DMD and an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program, Dr. Tanna accepted a full time faculty position and engaged in clinical practice, clinical teaching, research and administration at The University of Pennsylvania. With a strong desire to pursue advanced dental education, Dr. Tanna completed specialty training in both Periodontics and Orthodontics and also completed a Masters in Oral Biology. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics as well as the American Board of Periodontics. Dr. Tanna currently engages in clinical practice, clinical teaching, research and is the Program Director of the combined Orthodontics/Periodontics program at The University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Tanna is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Academy of Periodontology, the Academy of Osseointegration, the American Dental Education Association, the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, and the Philadelphia County Dental Society.
