Renew your membership that runs from August 31 - September 1 by paying your dues on this link with a credit card or mailing a check payable to the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Orthodontics to: 1718 Church Street #331461, Nashville, TN 37219. Dues are $150 for Active Members, $75 for Full-Time Faculty or $25 for Retired Members. Email [email protected] if you have a change in contact information or questions on dues payments.
